AMSinside (HART) for DeltaV. Provides full access
to information available from intelligent HART®
devices. No need for duplicate wiring since HART devices wired
into DeltaV can be used for both control and asset management.
Gain increased value with the ValveLink® (Advanced
Valve Diagnostics) and Calibration Manager SNAP-ON™ applications.
Fault Tolerant Workstation. Eliminates single points
of failure in the hardware, providing an even higher degree
of system availability, especially for the processing of critical
batch or data collection applications.
Controller Cold Restart. Rapidly restarts control
operations after system interruptions. The control strategies
remain in a DeltaV controller indefinitely.
Media Converter. Converts the Ethernet communications
between controller and hub to fiber optic communications for
a wider array of easy installations options.
RTD / Thermocouple cards. Expands the suite of classic
I/O. The complete I/O suite features classic, serial, HART,
and FOUNDATION™ fieldbus technologies.
Redundant I/O. Increases system availability of the
DeltaV system. I/O redundancy is available for many of the
DeltaV Classic I/O cards via automatic switchover.
Vertical Mount Packaging. Mounts large amounts of
I/O easily and conveniently. The new vertical mount carriers
are designed for mounting in standard size cabinets. A redundant
pair of controllers can be mounted in a single cabinet along
with all associated I/O cards and wiring for up to 500 classic
I/O channels
Additional Fieldbus Devices. Adds support for Rosemount
Analytical 4081-pH, Micro Motion 5300 flow meter, Rosemount
Analytical 4000 Oxymitter, and Rosemount 8800 Vortex flow
meter.
New Comparator Function Block. Reduces Controller
CPU loading and memory utilization. In a DeltaV user's actual
application 60 modules with 8 composites each were replaced
with a comparator function block in each module. Controller
CPU loading was cut in half and memory utilization decreased
significantly!
Language Releases. Need these features in Chinese,
German, French, Russian or Japanese? We'll be localizing a
coming DeltaV release so that these features (and more) will
be available in your language of choice.
